CLINICAL PRACTICE SUPERVISION

Carole Haigh is a supervisor and Fellow of the National Counselling Society and can help you to look at your clinical practice so as to help you understand how you work and how you focus on the work that is appropriate and effective within your  personal objectives and responding to the objectives of the organisation.

Our supervision ensures that your work as a clinical specialist is supported and that you have time to reflect on the theories of your clinical approach in relation to your practice. You will also be supported to manage your caseload and your use of time (including travelling time where you have an outreach component to your work). Another aspect that will be discussed from time to time is how you utilise the policies and procedures in relation to specific issues that might arise in the course of your work.

You will also be helped to identify training in order to maintain your continuing professional development and maintenance of standards and codes of practice of professional bodies.
