This personal coaching programme focuses on how you respond (de-stress) or react (dis-stress) to the stressors in your working or personal life especially when you feel under pressure.

Using the tool The Human Potential Curve you will be able to see how you respond or react to stressors and will know how you are able to work and live in a more balanced way so that you focus and encourage the stress that helps you feel in control and able to perform and minimise the stress that leads to illness. As a manager you will find the Zones of Perceived Ability to be exceedingly helpful when helping others to work whilst under pressure.

Previous coachees have found that they are not only enjoying their work more and have a better work/life balance they are also able to help others feel less sressed about their work also.
