Chtc creates an experiential learning environment so as to enhance your ability to retain and practice what has been learned.

The particular focus that is encouraged in any of the learning programmes offered by Chtc is MAKING IT WORK. What we have found is that most people have some knowledge of the theory of the subject but what they lack is the ability to put their knowledge into practice.

Chtc specialises in enabling you to practise what you know.

All learning programmes are offered on an in-house basis, with the content focused on your particular needs or those of your team or organisation (rather than 'This is something I prepared earlier!')

Courses available to organisations on an in-house basis:

  • Time Management
  • Working Under Pressure:
  • Effective Communication
  • Dealing with Conflict or Intimidation
  • Managing People
  • Refreshing your Management Skills
  • Speaking With Confidence
  • Using a Person Centred Approach to Caring
  • Performing Well
  • Complementary Therapies
  • Leadership
  • Introduction to Coaching or Mentoring
  • Mindfulness - in relation to coaching, mentoring or supervision
